Léron provides an electric ride-hailing platform that connects riders with drivers operating electric vehicles. Our Services include ride booking, courier services, and business transportation solutions. All vehicles in our fleet are 100% electric.

Registration

To use our Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. Drivers must meet additional requirements including valid driver's license, clean driving record, and an approved electric vehicle.

5. Payments and Fees

Pricing

Ride fares are calculated based on distance, time, and ride type. You will see an estimated fare before confirming your ride. Actual charges may vary based on route changes or additional stops.

Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including mobile money and cards. By adding a payment method, you authorize us to charge for Services rendered.

Cancellation Fees

Cancellation fees may apply if you cancel a ride after a driver has been assigned and is en route. Fee amounts will be displayed in the app.

6. Driver Terms

Drivers using Léron must:

• Maintain a valid driver's license and insurance
• Operate an approved electric vehicle
• Pass background verification
• Maintain vehicle in safe, clean condition
• Follow all traffic laws
• Complete rides in a professional manner

7. Limitation of Liability

Léron acts as a platform connecting riders with independent drivers. We are not responsible for the actions of drivers or riders. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Léron shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with Léron are owned by Léron Ltd. You may not use, copy, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or use of our Services shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with applicable laws. You agree to attempt informal resolution before pursuing formal proceedings.
